This machine is suitable for producing several kind of loaf and long loaf bread. Suitable for small and medium production of rolled bread with, particularly for small weight ranges. Weight range from 30 up to 400 gr.

 




The dough pieces are conveyed to the ground and thickness chrome-plated steel rollers, through s synthetic non-stick conveyor belt. The rollers undergo an additional particular polishing that enables a better detachment of the dough. The shaved woollen felts assure perfect rolled loafs. A special device allows the upper belt to be stopped, so that the machine can be used to sheet small dough pieces. The dough moulder with the French attachment can further stretch the loaf or can roll the laminated dough. The finished loaf can be conveyed to the operator or to the opposite side. The structure is made of varnished sheet, the protective guards are made of stainless steel and the lateral side are made of a special fusion of stainless aluminium. These side are also polished in order to avoid the repository of dust and flour.
